Terms and conditions

Where possible guests are requested to send a 10% deposit.

This is refundable up to 12 weeks before departure. Where a deposit can not be sent credit card details are requested, name, number, expiry date.

A charge will only be made in the event of cancellation.

The balance is payable upon arrival in cash Dollars, Euros or Sterling are preferred but other 'hard' currencies are acceptable.

Check in is at 5pm and check out at 10am. However, where at all possible we take account of guest arrival and departure times. We can also provide secure luggage storage.

Our minimum booking period is 3 nights.

Only guests registered at the flats can stay and because of police restrictions we are unable to offer accommodation to mixed Egyptian/foreign couples.
